My husband and I moved to Miami in April 2022 from Texas and needed to find a REALTOR who knew the neighborhoods well and could advise us best on finding the right investment and fit. Mike followed through as a full-service real estate agent. He helped us view dozens of homes and close on the one we wanted. We worked on a few contracts and he was proven absolutely correct with how the price points and negotiations would land in a competitive market. Any closing issues we had he handled, including extending time on our rental before we could move. He picks up the phone or calls back immediately. He is on time or early for every show. If needed, he has a list of vendors, lenders, and other service providers to help with pre and post-closing as well.
